Add a new FAQ without touching your page layout

Lists like FAQs, testimonials and blog posts update every page that shows them.

Some parts of your website are lists: frequently asked questions, testimonials, blog posts, team members. In epicPlatform you keep each list in one place, and every page that shows it updates on its own.

To add a question to your FAQ:

  1. Choose FAQ in the menu on the left.
  2. Add a new item.
  3. Type the question as the title and the answer underneath.
  4. Press Publish.

Every FAQ section on your site now includes the new question. You never had to open a page or rearrange a layout.

The same goes for testimonials and blog posts. Add one, publish it, and it shows up wherever that list appears. You also choose the order items appear in.
